Return Policy:
- As an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brand, we do not offer a return policy on our food products.
- We prioritize the quality and freshness of our products, and once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process:
At Crunch Bites, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and complaints.
- Refunds related to any order will be evaluated and issued as a Coupon or Gift Card, which can be redeemed to place subsequent orders.
- Any complaint regarding a product must be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- If the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 48 to 72 hours from the time of verification.
- Damaged Products: If you receive damaged items, please share photographs of the corresponding products with us. Based on our evaluation, the refund will be issued as a Coupon or Gift Card.

Items Missing: You will be notified well in advance regarding any missed-out products. If there is a discrepancy in your order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached to your order.
- Quality Complaint: For any quality complaints, please clearly explain the issue to our customer support executive. The decision for a refund will be subject to management's discretion.
